The clue is in the number. Apart from inner city London, when last I looked, all UK numbers begin with 01. Clive, Peter, Brian Stephen etc are NOT popular names in India as these people would have you believe. The bottom line is a simple one, if you don’t recognise the number, don’t answer. Click or call 22215 to hear this message at your normal call rate." which all seems very scammy. The number 22215 was linked so I wouldn't say its safe to click it.
