SCAM Said they were a claims company. Had my name, date of birth but had wrong address details. She claimed that I had used them to make a claim several years ago which isn't true. She said it may be so long ago I had forgotten using though them. It's not too long and I know I never have or will use claim companies or cold calls. I've had calls and texts from this number for days, asking for someone named Robert. I've answered twice. The first time, they hung up after I said I wasn't Robert. The second time, I argued with the man on the phone, who told me I'd have to pay £75 for the calls and texts to stop. He also said I need to "keep thinking" if I carried on with attitude...steer clear.

My mobile was called from this number last month. It caused me serious problems with Vodafone because the line was somehow left open for hours resulting in an overrun on my free minutes, which could have cost me a lot of money. I sorted it out eventually, but not before Vodafone had temporarily blocked me from using the phone because they'd spotted an 'usually high usage'.
