SCAM - On answer a strident recorded message tells you that "A criminal tax fraud case has been lodged against you". I didn't bother listening to the full message - I heard enough to know it was a pathetic criminal trying to scare people into handing them either personal data or money. Just done some business with Reed Rains so this looks like another example of passing (or selling on) personal data. The Consumers Association (Which) are currently running a program to identify and stop these sort of calls. I ll add this one to their list

Seemed like a frightening "ransom" scam. Saying your being investigated for "Tax Fraud" and your going to be arrested if you don't hit "1" to reply back. I expect any reply incurs a massive phone fee charged to your bill connected to a premium number. No official entity would call you on an automated message in such a cold manner disregarding your mental and physical health conditions. Such as being suicidal or having a hart condition.

I play them at their own game.....their on commotion so every second wasted hurts them, so I play along giving them false details then after about ten mins I start to ask sexually explicate questions about them, their girl/boy friends and there mums......they don t know how to react when you ask if they prefer to wax or shave the bikini line......then I tell them I have to go as their mums out of the shower and ready to go at it hard again .....they actually put YOU on the block list if you waist THEIR time
