I didn't bother listening to the full message - I heard enough to know it was a pathetic criminal trying to scare people into handing them either personal data or money. No one at the other end and then it disconnected.
The caller said they were from BT Openreach, and had information from my router that indicated my internet wasn't performing as well as it should be. I was asked a couple of questions about what devices I had connected to the router, and was then asked if I was in front of my personal device. When they then asked me to log onto my personal device, I decided that this may not be legitimate and hung up. The background noise was very loud, as if from a call centre.
