This is a legit number, however these people are thieves and liars - beware sending them anything, they will destropy your phone and charge you for the privilage.

Had a call from this number, identified itself as Humberside Police to my call barring service but then cut off when I tried to answer. Line went dead when tried to recall. Called police, they had no record of anyone trying to ring my number nor did they recognise this 56677 number. Suspicious, also nasty if it is a scam, as I am now worried about whether or not the police are trying to contact me for genuine reasons. My wife received a voice mail saying that "you have a serious file against your name, you will face hard and unwanted legal consequences" no names were mentioned. Wife found it quite disturbing. Scam call told her to delete.

Since getting new sim this number has called at least twice a day every day including sundays. Glad I ignored it as the first few calls only my children had my number so it was not anyone or business I knew. Cannot belive they can do this for over 2 months everyday when ddo they get the message. Now blocked the number so no more annoying calls at work

I missed their first call yesterday, but answered today and they said they were calling about an accident I ve been involved in recently (with an upward tone at the end - as though they were asking this as a question)... I just said "errr, no - I ve not been involved in an accident for a long while" and they hung up on me. Very untrustworthy - don t bother answering.
