This number called today at 07.36 and claimed to be from Microsoft. The person with an Asian accent told me my computer has been compromised and said have you herd of hackers. I asked for an email to confirm it was Microsoft but he reassured me it was and trust him he has details of my computer security number, we went round incircles a bit, then I put the phone down. 10secons later he called back asking why I put the phone down as I new he was genuine but called me from a different number02088884827.
I live in Glasgow and sounded like an Indian call centre selling mobile phones
This number keeps calling me back and only rings for 2-3 rings and when you try to call the number back it says that it's not possible to connect to this number, so it's a scam caller. Be careful guys n girls.

Didnt deliver called to chase no answer but charged 170 on bill absolute joke eventually turned up 11 days late with no notice and left outside by front door in pouring rain

Call about a motor vehicle accident I had and said I had a compensation payment waiting for me - they would not give more details or say who they were acting on behalf of.
SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. A man with a thick Russian accent claiming to be from FCA Cyber Security and asking for details of who I am (Phishing exercise?) in order to return money lost in a crypto scam last last year. The fact is crypto losses cannot be recovered, that was the whole point of it's security, it is tamper proof, so beware.
