I received an automated message from this number telling me my national insurance number would be cancelled as criminal activity had been spotted regarding my national insurance number. I was urged to press 1 on my phone to speak to an officer immediately.
On TPS - phoned twice on Withheld Display. Asked to speak to supervisor and given this number. (They say they are telling you about Government Initiative for Energy saving.) You phone this number, to get name removed, and get no reply.

SCAM, I rcvd a call from a guy who claimed he was from BT and that we had a problem with our line etc. Sadly for him we have nothing to do with BT and when I confronted him & had a go at him and asked him never to call our number again he called me a ba.....rd. called alot so i answered a few times without speaking and they hung up immediately. Then i answered and went along with "the nice man from Microsoft" who wanted to "fix" my computer. When i got to a step that would do something to my computer i told him i thought he was a fake and a terrible person for sucking people in and he got really angry and went off! These people are scum for hoaxing people who don t know computers, particularly elderly folk.
