I am a bit confused. They called in asking to check the Fibre Glass on our roof for health and safety inspection. They knew my surename but never mentioned my first. The chap on the phone spoke very fast, couldnt get a hold of company name or anything like that.

i got this call last week. asking me to buy something from them. they wanted the money transferred to their account. bogus.

They are now ringing my husbands mobile using one of their other numbers 0161 826 5780 all times of day they dont answer you when you pick it up there is always a voicemail message directing you to hold for their accounts dept and they DENY they are workin for Orange when you do get through so check your facts are correct before making rude assumptions about others.

I ve received 17 calls in 48 hours, sometimes within minutes of each other! I ve threatened to use another provider which has triggered these calls, but even so, that s ridiculous and they never leave a message. I ve emailed them to tell them I will only converse with them via email as I m sick of being insulted by their foreign call centre workers!
