02038095000 Someone called from that number and the auto sector said it was Ravenue. They threatened me with a court, a penalty for fraud and that I have to pay £ 2,000 now so you don't go to jail. The scammers sound professional at the beginning of the conversation, so be careful

25 Nov 2021 - Not an 02 or 03 number so are the scammers changing tactics. Couldn’t understand a word chap was saying so put phone down. After reading other comments it would appear to be the scam to white goods insurance cover. I had a similar call a couple of months ago from a guy called Martin (by his accent a long shot on this being his real name) Claiming to be from D&G about renewing insurance cover. daily harassment! 9 times out of 10 from numbers starting 07794. No company has sent me a letter re need for payment, the 1 company it could?ve been doesn?t use capquest so I assume they are chasing a statute barred debt again. In fact capquest haven?t sent a letter either funnily enough, then they wonder why i wont give out my details for ?data protection purposes?!!! My data is already not protected!!

SCAM Claimed to be a company called AST or Aftercare Support Team. Pretended to be a white goods insurer and offered reduced rate for reinsuring washing machine as policy was due to expire. We don't have insurance on our washing machine, so this was clearly a lie. They did specifically state our house name though, so have clearly collected some specific data about us before calling.
