This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Insulation: A man named Tom claiming to be telling be about the poor quality of my loft insulation and how a recent survey has noticed that it needs improving. When I asked him to confirm what the address was that he was calling about, he just ignored me and continued with his script, but when I asked again he just ended the call. Total scam call, and sorry for those who take notice of what he says.
