This was Friday, I just got two calls from this company five minutes apart, next time will threaten to report them to police as this has worked with these types of calls before

Claimed to be from BT Connect and wanted to "save us money". Wanted to know who we were with for telecomms, told them TalkTalk as they were much friendlier & responsive than BT (true). "Amy" was VERY insistent that she "come round and talk to us about saving money on our telecomms". Obviously we firmly refused, said goodby and put the phone down with her saying "but..but". Pest!

Phone rang at approx 7.30pm Sat 25 Oct 2014. Answered and said "Hello". An Asian woman asked for me by name, but there was a lot of noise in the background so immediately made me think that this was wrong. If it was a reputable company (who should still be not allowed to make cold calls) it would be silent. I didn t confirm my name but asked who the company was. Had a call from 01392466432 supposedly from British telecom about a cash refund.This call is a complete scam.Don t be fooled if you get such a call.

Keep calling using new numbers. Have told them on repeated calls to remove my number from database. Number gained through a solar inquiry 4 years ago. have now imformed them if company rings again I will invoice company £100 plus VAT for each call they make to me. I will then take them to small claims court if they do not pay.
