Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. These are the same people who used to call up pretending to be Talk Talk and say that your computer has a virus etc. This time they didn t mention Talk Talk, but the name above. I said I didn t deal with them and they said it was because I used Windows. I said that they weren t Microsoft. They have foreign/asian accents. I have only received calls like this since Talk Talk was hacked. I blocked them with Call Blocker, but they seem to call back using a multitude of numbers.

Allegedly a company who had my details because I’d shown interest in trading!!! Total lies .....never done anything like that. The woman was getting irate because I repeatedly said I wasn’t interested. In the end I told her I was ending the call. I hate being rude to these people but sometimes you just want to tell them to eff off and leave you alone. They are persistent and I feel dangerous to certain members of the public who are vulnerable and taken in by their rubbish.
