keeps ringing absolute pain

SCAM, I rcvd a call from a guy who claimed he was from BT and that we had a problem with our line etc. Sadly for him we have nothing to do with BT and when I confronted him & had a go at him and asked him never to call our number again he called me a ba.....rd. I decided to just hang up and blocked his number.

received call foreign sounding man said he was from BT technical department.we are not actually with BT! told me ip address was compromised and people could see what I do on my computer and wanted me to go on my computer so they stop the person hacking computer. I told him i didn't believe him and was going to tell my son who's a policeman and then he put phone down on me. phone number is from Algeria. the frightening thing is that I could hear loads of other speaking in background just like a call centre.

Asian-sounding male, calling himself Mr. W., asking to speak to my brother. Asked if washing machine was alright. We recently had dishwasher repaired, so I thought call was genuine (insurers). Then asked if I was over 35. I said that was irrelevant. He persisted with question, becoming aggressive in tone. I persisted with my answer. When he asked for my postcode and name I hung up.

Fake HMRC message saying they'll initiate legal action against you

Caller asked for me by name, said they wanted to speak to me about my Vodaphone business account; I don't have a business nor do I have anything to do with vodaphone. they went on to ask for more details about who I was and what I did. Information Gathering exercise for some sort of scam

Rude Telemarketer who hang up when I asked them to confirm who they were after they asked me how much I was spending each month on my phone bills

called about my life insurance.

Called & said if I wanted to prevent more calls from them I had to call another no. Obvs was a premium rate no. I am so irritated. I thought it was an emergency.

Voicemail left with muffled noise only. Now blocked.

phoned me saying i was in car crash in the last 2 years. i have not been in one. i asked what car crash. she kept saying the one in the last 2 years. i said you tell me what car crash... she couldn't, she only kept repeating herself. EFFING SCAMMERS

Text message received about an order from Argos, telling you to call the mobile number if isolating.

Automated voice promoting managing debt through taking out a loan.

This number is costing me £2.50 every time I receive a text from them, but I have never contacted them or subscribed to anything!!! 02 wont do anything as its a third party and I've tried sending a "stop" message as 02 told me to, to no avail. I think these things quite disgusting - and even worse is that 02 wont help! VERY UNHAPPY

Fraud - Claimed to be raising criminal charges for tax vasion and fraud in my name. They didn't even know my name or the number they rang.

They say they are from TalkTalk and want to access my computer to rectify a fault on my router. I contacted TalkTalk and it's definitely not from them. They also offered me a £125 credit. Total scam!!

Referred to me as 'Dear Customer' in opening call, didn't get further as I switched off.
