My 81 year old father was tricked into setting up a direct debit for his 4 year old Indecit. (June 2016)He realised the day after he was covered by another policy, so he cancelled the direct debit at the bank and wrote a letter to Appliance Serve as well as calling them by phone. A man said no problem he would sort it. July 2016 - he is getting reminders about a missed payment and a telephone call threatening court action! Bring it on!! #fraudsters

Cold Callers. They are called CHA chasing Road Traffic Accident claims in the past few years.

Very rude, pushy telemarketer insisting on speaking to company owner after being told several times they were not based at this site. Asking for personal mobile, refusing to give any info about where they were calling from. Hung up.

These people keep calling me to contact someone who has never lived at my address and have consequently never been on my phone number, no matter how many times I tell them this they refuse to take my number from their records. They are parasites feeding on the backs of peoples misfortune. It should be made illegal to sell on debts, the companies that are stupid enough to lend to someone who has given them a false phone number should be made to bear the debt and any costs and responsibilities of recovery. Called my mobile and asked for me by name. Claimed to be from Nationwide Building Society and started trying to confirm my postcode. When I asked to be told why they were calling first they hung up. I suspect this to be a scam.
