I have some products from nationwide. got a text claiming to be from Nationwide saying they need to speak to me and to call on this number- about my account. The products I have wouldnt involve them speaking to me. Proper scam! DO NOT RING BACK. Very clever as it come sup as if its actually from Nationwide even my phone put the text under the same sender as the legit Nationwide.
This call will ring once therefore registering a missed call - Currently (March 2021) this is a scam call. nNote: An 0843 number will normally incur a charge when you call it....

When questioned how he had seen my details and what details and where he was based he said it was citizens advice in Manchester . I live in Somerset , I said goodbye and hung up. After asking politely around 5 times for them to remove me from there database I finally blocked the call from my mobile but now my phone still keeps beeping telling me that its just blocked the call so they will not stop, sometimes over 10 times per day, trading standards have been informed and if I am able to find out the companies details I will take them to court as I can prove via my call record harassment! So I personally hope they keep calling as it only adds weight to a lawsuit!!!!!!!!
Caller ID on my bt landline said it was an international number... 011442921680283. I suspect this number is also used by the company thats making the nuisance calls.
