Didnt recognise the number therefore did not answer, did not leave a voicemail.

A man (in a noisy office) wantimg me to get free cavity wall & loft insulation through the goverment scheme. When i told them i had my loft done in 2007 they said id need it doing again. When i said id had a company come today to do a survey & they confirmed i didnt need anymore loft insulation the man on the phone then said he was from the company that had visited me today! this company is using loop holes in the system to pay people less than minimum wage by saying your self employed. Their paying people less than minimum wage. That is wrong when your going out there working in the snow 10AM - 9PM and 10AM till 11PM on road trips.. in the snow thats including every saturday (6 days of the week) you have people working these long hours and sometimes they only get paid ?20-?50-?100.
