SCAM This was an automated scam recorded call informing me that there was a problem with my BT connection and the line was going to be discontinued. A completely manipulative recorded message to get the recipient to press ''1'' and then be speaking directly with the criminals involved in this original cold call.

I responded to a text advert when I advertised my car for sale. We buy any car offered a quotation if I provide basic vehicle details. They provided an(under)valuation figure to offer to buy your car, I wasnt interested however I was later telephoned by the company to whome I Confirmed I was Not interested in selling to them. The company has since contacted me again three times, they have my contact number from the original add.

Their first comment was we are not trying to sell you anything then carried on talking even though I was trying to interrupt. I said I was not interested and they simply hung up. They have actually called several times and I've requested my number be removed from their call list where they said no and hung up again.

I got call from this number about accidental claim for an accident I have in last 2 years which I was not aware of.
Apparently I ve been involved in a car accident that wasn t my fault, which is news to me. So naturally I decided to wind them up and be overly dramatic without ever answering a question properly. It worked like a treat and they hung up.

They called my landline at 8.49am (automated at first) pretending to be AMAZON to say I'm about to be charged £39.99 for my AMAZON PRIME subscription which i don't have and have never signed up for, but to cancel it i need to be on my device and they would talk me through it on-line.
