Same experience. Voice recording of a supposed Maisie Wilkinson. I said yes to accident and was transferred to what sounded like a call centre in India. They told me they were UK based and when i asked for their registered company number they hung up.

Just had a lady call me from this number... I answered Hello after the obligatory few seconds of silence I said Hello again. She replied... I m Sophie from the National Hearing Clinic. I said Sorry, I can t hear you. - at which point she said Deaf b--ch and put the phone down. Nice.

Money in control literally saved my life, I managed to get my self in a right state with my fianances, I was contacted out of the blue and at first I was schepitcal of a company helping me who I have never heard of before. This number has called me over 100 times asking for a person by another name. They are rude to me saying that I do not know what I am talking about, they out the phone down when I say I will report them.
