Search for an app on your app store called "Blacklist" (There s a few to choose from) It s free and I use it to block all of these nuisance calls and texts. Like the people above, person - a man on first occasion, woman second, couldn t understand what they were saying except they were going to refund PPI. Told them it sounded odd and if they give me a number I ll check it out and get back to them and they put the phone down. Second time I was told to lie about a loan I had not taken out to a different department. They knew my name and address. Not happy.
