When I told him twice I was not interested he became abusive and started telling me to fuck off he had other customers waiting to make money and to stop wasting his time. A lady from (Dell??) or (Delta??) calling herself 'Norah Jones'. Asks me if I'm still working [place], if my email is still [email] and if I'm still [function]. Smh she does know some stuff about me. Perhaps looking at some sort of CRM? Can't make up if I accidentally left my data somewhere and ended up in this system? Or my data got to their system another way. It's all quite sketchy. Tried calling back but getting: "this is the voicemail of Norah Jones, I'm on vacation".

SCAM - Answered the call. Automated message advising my National Insurance number was involved in fraud. My assets are to be frozen and I will be arrested. Press 1 to speak an officer (This is the only option offered) I ended call before pressing any digits.

On returning this call it was an automated response saying that as my phone contract was due to expire shortly they could offer info. on new handsets etc. Press 1 to remove from their database, 2 to speak to someone. On entering 1 you are requested to enter your no. then the hash tag. Upon doing this the line went dead. Hopefully I won t now start receiveing lots of Spam!

SCAM. Fraud. DO NOT PICK UP when you receive a call from this number. They will say they are from Monzo bank and will try to scam you. The number is very similar to the genuine Monzo bank contact number. There is only a difference of the last 2-digits of the phone number. They will trick you into believing that your account is not safe and needs to upgrade the security of your Monzo account, asking to transfer your money into a 'safe account' they provide.

Three phone calls from this number. Heavy accent hard to understand. Claims to be doing an important energy survey and that number will be removed from list afterwards. Refused to give company name when asked and repeated it was important survey and they needed my gas/electric details. Becomes rude and aggressive when you ask questions.
