Rang twice today . First time I didn`t answer as I didn`t recognise the number. Second time picked up phone but didn`t say anything and they rang off.
Also 0844 3585862. It s an automated messing service. We had a message from the local dentist saying we had an upcoming appointment. In our case it was genuine. We ve had such messages before. However, the company sending the messages doesn t seem to be choosy about who else pays them. Call wasn t wanted or needed. Similar comment put on that number as well.

This number called me today and asked for me by name. Line was quiet for 3 seconds after I said hello and the person spoke sounded like a male with a funny voice so probably used some equipment to diguise their real voice to sound posh. After they said my name I replied "Cor you sound really posh how you doing?" Then they hung up. Would have kept call going longer but I had things to do so couldn t continue.
Received text message claiming to be from Royal Mail as I refused to pay £2.99 with link to reschedule delivery. Did click on the link which was very stupid , ( I was expecting the parcel ) but nothing happened and no other details from me were asked . It was just a blank page. This number rang me yesterday. It was a recorded message saying money had been taken from our account by Amazon and also a money transfer. It then rang off. This is a scam number. DO NOT ANSWER IT. i was called by this number and given an email address concrening work related issues and found the email address to be bogus
This appears to be a scam to obtain credit card details for illegal purposes. We called the number and was immediately asked for our credit card number, but NOT WHICH CREDIT CARD NUMBER, which raises concern over legitimacy, as we have several cards, so which one would we use?
