This number phones me about 4 times a day, I've only answered once and seems like a sales call as couldn't understand the guy properly

Received calls on a few occasions, pretending t be from Domestic & General - Foreign accent- Stating from Domestic & General- Washing Machine guarantee ran out. Last time.

Said he was from Microsoft! Ha ha! 
nI said “Let’s get straight to the point” & did he want all my credit card & bank details & he said yes please! Ha ha-idiots!! Scam

It s the British Gas number, I use it to ring them. Unsure why they would ring you though?

This is very strange as I have not recieved a call from this number but a reminder set In my phone to ring this number every day this week has suddenly appeared in my phone reminders? Does this mean they ve hacked my phone!!

Caller claimed to be talk talk with a solution to my broadband problems. Thankfully I could not hear them very well so asked for a number to call them back on. Rang the real talk talk who said no, not one of our numbers and we have not called you today.

Clearly an illegal marketing scam. They think of anybody s name when they call and then, when you say you aren t them, they just carry on, saying that what they are selling will probably interest you anyway. Con merchants.

Just had this number call - but I never pick up the phone. Worst thing you can do, as it confirms to the other end yours is a proper phone number which will be sold on to every piece of scum in the known universe. My advice, which works a treat: tell all your real contacts to call you for the first 4 or 5 beeps, then to put the phone down. Was asked if I had debts and how I could clear them easily. However, I have also had calls from the same number stating they were Microsoft Technical Engineers - had plenty of them trying to scam me for bank details.

When phoned back it was a company claiming that I had had a road traffic accident!
