This number called while I was out. I did not have time for checks when I got home (most calls I get are of the nuisance variety) so did not ring back. Afterwards I discovered it was the Talk Talk imposters who have been bothering me for a couple of years.

Keeps calling and hanging up when i answer. There is no message or anyone on the line. When i call back the number is unobtainable.

I was called by this number just now and the very rude man swore and called me lots of names and said he would do horrid things to me when are asked why he was calling, this number needs to be reported to the police.

Same as above comments. Why can t these calls be stopped.

Answered call and just went dead but had a few unknown numbers caling me about overcharges on car finance I d taken out in the last few years. Never had car finance!

A wild PPI caller appeared

left a long message repeatedly leaving telephone number and a reference number and a name of someone I don t know

says it is Halifax bank wanting to check transactions as there have been suspicious tansactions on my account and wanting me to press any number at random to connect to them

Phone rang and automated voice said this is a call for (my name) if you can take the call press 1. Then it went to hold music. Then a guy answered from CARS and said hello and asked for the first line of my address. I asked who the company was and why they needed my address. He said it was for security. I said I wasn t giving details until they told me why. They said a business associate of mine had passed on my details. I asked who. Energy Guard cold call. Told me I had asbestos in my lost. Asked how he knew that, told me it is in his database, I asked what details he had about me and my property in his database and to treat that question as a GDPR request with 28 days to comply before I report this to the Government Information Commissioner. He hung up!

Scam number asking about being involved in accident and not my fault. Altair insurance I think.

blocked this number several years ago and they re now calling non stop again. Luckily number is still blocked so it just shows up as a missed call

Scam. American type accent called about an accident I supposedly had. I ve only had my phone number for a week and only given it out out my Mum so I guess they re calling random numbers, or all the numbers between two real ones - in either case they don t have the details of any accident.

Claims to follow up a Married tax rebate and asks for info that would have already been submitted and when challenged they get 36% commission from the rebate
