Phoned my landline on 20 Jan. 2023 pertaining to be from Amazon Prime and stating that they had taken £94 from my bank account. I was offered a number of options to query this but hung up as it was obviously a hoax call. Amazon Prime would not contact in this way. Santander left a voice mail, which I thought was a little bit suspicious, as I have never heard or had a bank leave any kind of voice mail. So I rang the official phone number that is on the back of my card and after being on hold for nearly an hour they eventually answered and apparently they had nothing written on my account about anyone who tried to contact me and left a message. Someone from the fraud department will be contacting me, so I will find out if this number is legit or if they are scammers
