I ve received about 8 calls from this number in the last week. When I answer, I can hear what sounds like Call Centre noise, but no person talking to me. After a few seconds they hang up. Missed call all calls are being screened they left no message

This is a persistent and bullying phone call centre. Every day,sometimes twice or more they call with a script about a government initiative to install heating , saving 75% on the heating bill. If you question them they become abusive and ugly. HELP.
