Repeat calls despite being asked to remove my number and details from their database of numbers. Very rude and told to f***off when told them they are calling an ex directory number.

I received a call today from this number. They knew my name and told me they were ringing about my computer and that someone had tried to hack into it twice. I responded by saying no one tried to hack into my computer and how did you get this number and they hung up. This was clearly a scam but the scary part about it was that I could hear he was in a call centre.

Called 18:26 Sunday evening, no answer.

I was almost caught completely with this scam. I have been having problems with my internet speeds recently so believed them. Stupidly I did some of the things they asked me to check the speeds. This is one of several telephone numbers this company (DCS?) use. They call saying that the file from a recent accident (and they know some of the details) has been passed to them to make a personal injury claim. I rang our insurance company following the call and they had no idea of this. Then when the person called me back (you can't call them back - the line is blocked) they became extremely aggressive and rude and putting significant pressure on
