Recorded message from the 'Bank Security centre' (apparently one bank security centre for all the banks....) reporting unusual card activity, £300 to Amazon & £1000 internationally, press 1 to cancel, 2 to speak to operative... This number phoned me suggesting that I could claim ?3750 compensation for a totally bogus, non-existent accident that I never had. It s a scam, and these people are social pariahs. Scum of the earth. Should be thrown out of the country! When I tried to dial the number, it was unrecognised. So, totally bogus. Beware!!!!

Fraud Call was recorded message purporting to be from Amazon and saying that payent of £399 had been taken for my order, if I did not authorise this press 1. So hung up, so obviously a fraud. Caller ID on phone showed a local geographical number, most likely that this was fake. Telecoms companies should have a way of identifying the origin of these calls and should really address this lawbreaking, ie conspiracy to commit fraud.
Fraud I believe this number is a fraudulent one posing as a courier firm. Sent in a text l have not opened it fully. I am not expecting any parcels xx
