Scam enforcement officer saying they have a CCJ and are visiting at 2pm to seize goods, why would an enforcement officer pre warn you of his intended visit
I am getting regular silent calls from this number even though I am registered with the TPS. I have now tracked them down and the number belongs to a supposedly reputable charity fundraising organisation. I say supposedly reputable since no genuinely reputable company would make such a nuisance of themselves, especially on TPS registered numbers. I asked for my name to be removed from their database as I was unlisted and also on the telephone preference scheme (TPS)I was told that was irrelevant because they were acting on behalf of the Government. I insisted they stop calling me, he (Callum)laughed and said you can complain if you want and put the phone down on me.
