This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Received a phone call from this number saying I'd been involved in an accident in the last two years. Nope. Then asked if I'd had an accident at work in the same time scale - Nope. Then asked if I'd lived in rented property in the last 7 years - Yes. The response was, 'Thank you for your time' !
Phone rang, it was a BT forwarding number, but we didn't answer. Surprisingly a message was left saying 797300982, call when you get this message. I checked all my contacts for their email numbers and this wasn't amongst them, so I have no idea who or what it is. I haven't called back and don't intend to. Any genuine person would have left their name or just rung us on either our landline or mobile 'phone. It's very annoying if scammers are now using BT to forward text messages.
