All the above info re talktalk scam is correct. Female left two messages saying I would be disconnected from Talktalk immediately unless I spoke to their agent by pressing button '1'. Do not fall for it. May I suggest best advice is not to answer and block call.

I had a subsequent call from Francis Anderson, same voice, same tone, probably the same person. I was told to hand over iTunes vouchers for £150 when the cheque would be hand delivered to me.
