Keep calling at different times of the day but I haven't had chance to answer until today. I knew it was a scam call by the amount of times they'd tried to ring and not left a message. Today I accepted call but didn't speak, put them on speaker phone and left them to ramble on about an accident I'd so say had (!).... soon got bored of no response and they hung up. I Received a call from this number twice today and when i was able to answer they introduced themselves as Consumer helpline, the lady on the call advised that i had overpaid for finance in 2011 and she wished to help me get this refunded however i have never taken anything out on finance. I asked to submit a subject access request under the Data Protection Act where she then passed me to her manager.
