This number called me again today, they did Not even leave a message. When I called the number back, an automated voice said "you were called today by talktalk, sorry we missed you, no matter we will en-devour to call you back later, bye!"

Company apparently called Quigley & Carter using various mobile numbers to send spam texts. Call looks like a normal YK mobile number but in search it indicates that the number originates in Ahmedabad in India. As I don t know anyone from or in India I can only assume that it is a call from some call centre or a scam or perhaps both. Treat with suspicion.
