Was called by this company re a minor RTA I had a few months ago and was told there was a pot of money waiting for me if I proceeded with a personal injury claim. I pick up the phone, then the person just hangs up. I take it this is a spam call.

I am getting several calls a day from this company. I keep telling them to remove my number but an hour later I get another call and they insist they have not called me before !! What do you have to do to stop these people. I have tried being rude (not offensive - just rude), putting the phone down on them, threatening to report them, but all to no avail. I love it when they say they are "Fred" or "Mary" or similar, and you know that they are not.
