These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... Mine was a survey which popped up whilst online and I had to wait 20secs inorder to dismiss that advert. Enduring the agonising 20 secs. Utilita electricity trying to flog pre-payment meters
Called asking about current energy supplier and whether or not I was happy with them. Caller was happy and chatty until I asked for my number to be removed from their lists. Have called 4 times in the last 2 days.
