Called and said they were "UK Insurance Group" regarding a recent minor collision. Told them that if they were genuine, they were misinformed, but that I suspected they were cold callers trying to scam me. When asked to give evidence of their identity, or details of when and where this collision supposedly took place, they hung up.

Online search says it should be Nat West fraud department, but also that it could be scammers spoofing the number.

I received an automated call...the usual thing: press 5 if you re interested, 9 to unsubscribe from our database. For a change, I pressed 5 because I wanted to find out how I got ON their database in the first place. They rang off, but someone from "YouCall" left a message for me later saying that they would deal with my query if I rang back on 01902 440156.

This is a sales call from EE/T-mobile to offer a deal on a second phone contract.

Said they were calling from Domestic and General - a company we do have an account with already. Said we were a valued customer and had qualified for a discount. Said we were already covered for our TV Satellite equipment etc. We knew this was incorrect. They said we were already paying £10 by DD. Not True. Fake number so definitely a scammer. These calls use spoofed numbers but originate outside the UK. The scammers can spoof any number they want. Block the number on your phone...

up to 15 calls a day getting really hacked off.. sometimes calling 3am always different accent different names give ie gas company insurance sales etc etc. but always same number.. whoever it is can f****k off and leave me alone

I just want to know who called me

they call me several times a week, they claimed about a charge against my mortgage. They have my wrong personal data. That s why I think they are dangerous and scammy. Don’t know if GDPR is working for them

Cold calls from discount insurance. Told the caller to remove my number from their database and that i?m registered with tps. No further calls ?til now - looks like it worked...

Received call asking about a motor accident I had within the last 3 years and could be entitled to compensation. Lady with Newcastle accent would not let me speak when I enquire...

Took a contract out with car phone warehouse have not given out number which means car phone warehouse has passed on my number against my will. These guys will claim that they are trying to close your file if you have had a car accident but all they are doing is phishing for more personal details. Told them I was speaking to my solicitors about them which hopefully will prevent further calls. They do not really help their cause for if you ring the number back an automated message says that it was a marketing call and you will be contacted again later. Idiots.

I declined the call, apparently from Aylesbury and I don't know anyone from there, suspect PPI call or similar
