I have made a written complaint pointing out that they are breaking the Claims Management Regulation rules and that I will be reporting them to the Regulator. I have also reported them to the ICO.

They phoned me twice today from Manchester and twice yesterday using a number based in London. Ending up in a huge argument with the lady as she was so pushy and every time I told her I was uninterested and to take me off the listing she would start begging me to give her another chance!
