Who is this?

I ve received about 8 calls from this number in the last week. When I answer, I can hear what sounds like Call Centre noise, but no person talking to me. After a few seconds they hang up. Not worried or frightened, just a bit miffed that they won t have a conversation with me. We re not really allowed to speak with other adults on my high security wing and by constantly calling me, there s a risk that my handset will be discovered. It?s aqua credit card! Tell them under FCA rules ask them to remove your number and only contact by post! They have to do this! If not you can send a cease and dissist letter! If they ignore this you can report them to the FCA ( financial conduct authority)
