Another firm selling Green energy wanting to know if I can benefit from Government funding. Told them I was on TPS
I went on their website a few days ago and have been calling, texting and emailing since. They try to get you in by offering region specific free solar panel and then when they call they are trying to get you to take out a loan for the solar panelling. there is no way to stop them from texting you but i blocked email and calls from my mobile. Don t do what I did folks. If they ask for your post code and telephone number, DON T DO IT and enquire else where.
SPAM - claimed was Carephone Warehouse who I do not do business with. Did no sound UK based and rude when I asked to be removed from their database.

25 Nov 2021 - Not an 02 or 03 number so are the scammers changing tactics. Couldn’t understand a word chap was saying so put phone down. After reading other comments it would appear to be the scam to white goods insurance cover. I had a similar call a couple of months ago from a guy called Martin (by his accent a long shot on this being his real name) Claiming to be from D&G about renewing insurance cover. Telemarketing SCAM Without really paying attention to the 020 London code I answered the call this morning. A pleasant well spoken English lady asked me how I was. I relpied, I'm well, thank you. SCAM - claimed to be HMRC. Said someone’s doing fraud under my name and the police will be round to arrest me. smh
SCAM Man called Oliver with Nigerian accent said he was calling from BT about my internet speed. Asked me to go onto my computer and press ctrl and some other buttons together. Didn't even switch the computer on just went along with him and said nothing is happening. He ended up getting very cross and swearing at me think he might have guessed I was stringing him along.
