Today I got a call of this number. I was to late and could not answer. But the caller left a message. "start your claim now by pressing 1" I hung up. I don´t want to pay for it. Be careful cost trap!

scammer claiming to be from either CAB or FCA don t answer & block right away - a friend got a call & asked for her by name she said hang on I ll go get her, she then put the fone down & just left then hanging hoping to run up their bill but they are managing to reverse call dial & SHE ended up with huge bill so defo cost trap block no. asap!!!

This number rang me and i completed a business upgrade with 5 numbers. i supplied card details and so far so good a year on. Got all new iphones at the time

These people keep calling me to contact someone who has never lived at my address and have consequently never been on my phone number, no matter how many times I tell them this they refuse to take my number from their records. They are parasites feeding on the backs of peoples misfortune. It should be made illegal to sell on debts, the companies that are stupid enough to lend to someone who has given them a false phone number should be made to bear the debt and any costs and responsibilities of recovery. They called advising I had not had my free pension yet. I asked where they got my name and telephone number from, she said a data base. The phone is not registered in my name and I only give a phone number to my insurance companies etc.

American recorded voice told me that I had had a law suit filed against me. Asked me to press 1 to contact my case officer. Obviously I did not do so. Obvious scam.

Had 9 calls on Tuesday, I didn t answer as i d left my phone at home. Answered the 3rd call on Wednesday, Guy asking for Bank details to set up contract for phone. Told him I m not legally allowed a contract, He replied - give me your details and i ll check if I can help - I hung up! VERY DODGY!!!!!

Called with automated message saying our internet will be cut off. We are a business.

they were trying to sell me a clip-on device for my phone to stop cold calling! how ironic! they were also asking for personal information. I just gave up in the end and politely but firmly told them to not call back.

I note from other people that they want to stop the calls. Some phones have a 'block the caller' facility. I haven't found any other way of stopping them unless...
