Rude and abrupt and end calls by hanging up on you if you don t give them the info they want... They try to bypass the gate-keeper by saying they are government based or whatever rubbish they spout! They are a building rate lowering company...

very very pushy, got angry with me, and claimed it s not a sales call, getting round a technicality that they re trying to save you money. these people need to die.

Another call centre phishing by stating "we're calling about the accident you had". Avoid these jokers at all costs.

Answered the phone a couple of days ago to someone shouting "f**king c**t" down the phone from this so called professional insurance advice group!
