Sales call from a company calling themselves 'Money Mayday' along about missold bank accounts.

American recorded voice told me that I had had a law suit filed against me. Asked me to press 1 to contact my case officer. Obviously I did not do so. Obvious scam.

Male with strong foreign accent said was calling from TPS. Obviously untrue. Told him this was a scam, had no right to call us, and to get off the line.

This Company called to question my working history. They said that a recent change in the UK legislation meant that many more workers were due to compensation for hearing issues. Tried to set up a meeting with me at the Kings Hotel for 4 March 2015 but I declined and simply asked them to send me their name & contact details and then I would contact them. Phoned up and ask for a person said wrong number and then started to ask is this ()()() address I said wrong number and then ask me can i have your detail to change the computer I told them don ot give out personal detail and hang up.

A scummy telesales company. They are a legal claims company trawling for business for people whose hearing has been damaged by working in noisy environments. It appears they may have had their database supplied by "Perfect Preferences", but in any event they ignore the TPS database, and as such their cold calls are ILLEGAL.
