Answered phone she spoke as if she knew me , I said do I know you? She said she had been told that I had had a car accident in the last 3 years, I told her she needed to get a better job, and I hung up.

Last night I received a call from this number and a man asked to speak to my husband. When I asked what it was about he said he was from Chase Alexander. I asked for more details and he hung up This morning he phoned again and again said he was from Chase Alexander and wanted to speak to my husband. When I asked him what he was calling about he said it was in regard to an accident. I informed him my husband had not had an accident could he be more specific. He got annoyed and said he needed to speak to him

Company apparently called Quigley & Carter using various mobile numbers to send spam texts. Today s text said "The Banks are refunding customers up to 2000 who have paid a monthly fee on packaged accounts, visit www.mybankrefund.com for your refund today or optout.cc" The website mybankrefund.com apparently belongs to Quigley & Carter and has the following text at the bottom of their website: Quigley & Carter Limited a company registered in England and Wales. They rang me, left an 8 second voicemail with no sound on it. Proceeded to text the number but it wouldn t send, and I can t call the number either.

They purport to be a government agency refunding bank fees. My belief is that they are scammers.

They said call was to update my cover for my central heating boiler, which was £20 month and they were reducing it to £16 a month, yeah right!

Loads of calls in the last two days, number always changes, and they speak very fast in Indian. I got so annoyed I went through their "survey" which was just a phishing experiment and gave them a load of rubbish but made sure that at the very very end when they asked the question if you were OK to have other parties call about your answers I said "not ok" and he did repeat it back and said that no-one would call. We shall see !! Clearly a crappy company.

09 Dec 2021 - Has called 3 days in a row, not sure if its robotic or a person but after I say hello there is silence and they put the phone down. I suspect they are testing numbers to see who answers then possibly sell this data on to other spam callers. Don't bother answering, block number if you can. Reply
