If they stay on the phone long enough, tell them you are another person answering the phone for you, it is not your phone and say you are deceased. I have found that helps stop it in a lot of cases. I was going to try it here but they put the phone down too quickly.
Said she was from the Wellness Centre and started asking me questions about my health. Did not answer directly when I asked what the Wellness Centre is, and said they were concerned about the well-being of pensioners in Basingstoke (the nearest large town to me).
