This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. I neglected to mention that my internet provider doesn't use the Openreach network and said I'd go and get my computer. Caller held on for a long time calling out to ask if I was still there. Received a recorded call from this number regarding PPI, despite the fact that I have previously opted out by pressing 5 and registered with TPS. I have also reported this to TPS.
This appears to be a phasing caller purporting to be from BT.
Called my number and disconnected when I answered. Its the 2nd 0800 call this week, which is un-normal for me, so believe it's linked to the other 0800 that also called me and disconnected. Not on Google
