This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. This company calls me persistently, today I have had 3 calls, even though their number is blocked on my mobile and their calls are instantly disconnected.
