SCAM Further to my earlier review I managed to get the operator to give up on me by pretending to be deaf and unable to understand his heavy India accent (not entirely untrue on either count). Kept asking him to repeat all the questions and spell out everything: first his name, then the name of the company etc in a voice that makes me sound older than I am. After 2or 3 minutes he gave up.

Had a message left on home telephone asking me to call 01613541022 regarding serious law suit relating to HM Revenue and Customs. Rang this morning and man answered by saying Hello not company name. I gave him my telephone number and he had my name. Said they had looked at the tax from 2006-2016 and owed £1,498. I needed to pay within the hour or a lawsuit would be actioned against me. When I queried why he didn t say his company name and that I would contact my payroll department first he hung up on me. To
