It s Carphone Warehouse Customer Services. They were responding to an issue I had raised with them.
Recorded message from the 'Bank Security centre' (apparently one bank security centre for all the banks....) reporting unusual card activity, £300 to Amazon & £1000 internationally, press 1 to cancel, 2 to speak to operative... Called at 0952 hours March 26 2021 to state that my Amazon Prime account (which I do not have) was about to renew and I could "stop" the renewal by speaking to their manager.
Got a call from this number again asking for Mr Armstrong but did not say who they were, I told him the Armstrong’s have not had this number for about 4yrs to which he apologised and put phone down. We have been getting calls from this number for about 3yrs, I always the same thing as we do not know anyone with that name and they always call again!!
