I was almost caught completely with this scam. I have been having problems with my internet speeds recently so believed them. Stupidly I did some of the things they asked me to check the speeds. Got suspicious when they asked me to submit me internet details in order to get the compensation that they claim I was owed. Also my mouse pointer started moving of own accord, which gave suspicion that they had control of my computer. I have changed some passwords as a precaution but thankfully they were not succes

Called 3 times - first hung up, second I heard a conversation about how the girl likes to hang out with a higher caliber of people and then the 3rd actually spoke! She hung up after disliking my 'pompous' attitude - I asked why they were calling and that I found it strange that they had accident details but were asking whether I was at fault!!
