This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with O2 - offering mobile tarrifs, Gas and Electric bill, but also charity for deaf child fund raising - but in fact just another call centre...
Do not trust this company. They hand our personal details like addresses to random Landline numbers that they call and then continually harass for money not due
