Fraud. Pretending to call from HMRC. Didn't know my name. Told them if they're calling from HMRC the least they should know is my name. Call was supposedly from Liverpool too, not a Liverpudlian accent to be heard.
Alleged to be calling from North London Waste Authority! Not sure how they got my mobile. Blocked and reported to O2 as a spam caller! So invasive!

Just got a call from this number .. I didn't answer .. but out of curiosity I call the number back .. because my motor insurance company is in Manchester .. but when the call was answered I was not given the company name I was just told I would be put through to the next available agent .. who came on and asked if they could speak to me .. I did not reply .. and he said goodbye using my name .. this was an automated voice so they have your name and number saved .. therefore the number has now been blocked

Insulation: A man named Tom claiming to be telling be about the poor quality of my loft insulation and how a recent survey has noticed that it needs improving. When I asked him to confirm what the address was that he was calling about, he just ignored me and continued with his script, but when I asked again he just ended the call.
